ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

Original paintings are currently available for delivery within the UAE only. Complimentary shipping is included.

Each painting is carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–3 working days of your order. Delivery within the UAE typically arrives 2–3 working days after dispatch, with tracking provided where available.

Please make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond my control.

If you would like to see an original in person before deciding, studio visits in Abu Dhabi can be arranged by appointment. Please email hello@almacolours.art to book a time.

FINE ART PRINTS

Within the UAE, fine art prints are available in person at selected art markets or exhibitions. Online shopping will be available soon. To hear about upcoming dates, please sign up to the newsletter.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Original paintings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email hello@almacolours.art within 5 days of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

• clear photographs of the item

• photographs of the packaging

LOST PARCELS

If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, I will do my best to assist and investigate the matter with the courier. However, once an order has been dispatched, I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. All payments are processed in USD.

All artwork is sold unframed, unless otherwise stated. Any styled or framed images shown on the website are for display purposes only. To help preserve the artwork, framing with acid-free materials and UV-protective glass is recommended.

While every effort is made to display artwork as accurately as possible, slight variations in colour may occur between the image shown on screen and the artwork in person due to differences in screen, monitor, and device settings.

Copyright remains with the artist. The artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed in any form without the artist’s prior written permission.
