ORIGINAL PAINTINGS

Original paintings are currently available for delivery within the UAE only. Free shipping is included.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 working days after order confirmation. Estimated delivery is 2–3 working days after dispatch. Tracking information will be provided where available.

Please make sure the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond my control.

If you would like to view an original painting in person before purchasing, studio visits can be arranged by appointment.

FINE ART PRINTS

Fine art prints with worldwide shipping are currently available through ArtMajeur, where printing, fulfilment, and delivery are handled through their platform.

Within the UAE, fine art prints are available in person at selected art markets or exhibitions. To hear about upcoming dates, please sign up to the newsletter.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Original paintings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email hello@almacolours.art within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• your order number

• a brief description of the issue

• clear photographs of the item

• photographs of the packaging

For prints purchased through ArtMajeur, their own policies and procedures apply.

LOST PARCELS

If a parcel appears to be lost in transit, I will do my best to assist and investigate the matter with the courier. However, once an order has been dispatched, I cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. All payments are processed in USD.

All artwork is sold unframed, unless otherwise stated. Any styled or framed images shown on the website are for display purposes only. To help preserve the artwork, framing with acid-free materials and UV-protective glass is recommended.

While every effort is made to display artwork as accurately as possible, slight variations in colour may occur between the image shown on screen and the artwork in person due to differences in screen, monitor, and device settings.

Copyright remains with the artist. The artwork may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed in any form without the artist’s prior written permission.
